Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Culture Leadership training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Incheon, South Korea, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Culture Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Culture Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Strong practical expertise in Culture Leadership; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Culture Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
