Training Consultant (Hanoi) – Critical Thinking

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Critical Thinking delivery and are now seeking a strong Training Consultant for client needs connected to Hanoi and Asia.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Critical Thinking learning engagements for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Hanoi, Vietnam, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Critical Thinking; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hanoi, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
