We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Presentation & Public Speaking delivery and are now seeking a strong Training Consultant for client needs connected to Pune and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Presentation & Public Speaking credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

What You Will Support

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Presentation & Public Speaking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Presentation & Public Speaking training sessions for client teams linked to Pune and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Presentation & Public Speaking; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
