Training Consultant – Sales & Negotiation (Chattogram)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Sales & Negotiation and is looking for a credible Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Chattogram and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Sales & Negotiation expertise and experience supporting commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

What You Will Support

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales & Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Sales & Negotiation; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
