We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Key Account Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Training Programme Manager for client needs connected to Hangzhou and Asia.
Assignment Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
We are building our pool of trusted training programme managers for Key Account Management assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.
Delivery Scope
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Key Account Management content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
Candidate Profile
Hands-on credibility in Key Account Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
