Training Programme Manager (Osaka) – Dashboard Skills

We are seeking a delivery-ready Training Programme Manager with proven Dashboard Skills capability for assignments connected to Osaka, Japan, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable training programme manager who can lead Dashboard Skills learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Osaka, Japan, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Dashboard Skills; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Dashboard Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Osaka, Japan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
