Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for SOP Development and is looking for a credible Training Programme Manager who can support assignments linked to Istanbul and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced training programme manager to deliver SOP Development training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SOP Development content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured SOP Development training sessions for client teams linked to Istanbul and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in SOP Development; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in SOP Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Istanbul, Turkey, and wider Asia where relevant.
