This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused training programme manager with hands-on NetSuite credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Delivery Scope

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Deliver structured NetSuite training sessions for client teams linked to Taichung and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in NetSuite; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
