Training Programme Manager – Teams Collaboration (Karachi)

For upcoming Teams Collaboration briefs, we are looking for a strong Training Programme Manager who can engage professional audiences linked to Karachi and surrounding markets.

Brief Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable training programme manager who can lead Teams Collaboration learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Teams Collaboration; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
