Ulaanbaatar Instructor – Learning & Development

This role supports the growth of our Learning & Development trainer pool and would suit a credible Instructor available for assignments associated with Ulaanbaatar.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong instructor with proven Learning & Development expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

What You Will Support

  • Deliver structured Learning & Development training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Learning & Development; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Learning & Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and wider Asia where relevant.
