We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Quality Awareness delivery and are now seeking a strong Capability Building Specialist for client needs connected to Visakhapatnam and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Quality Awareness credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Visakhapatnam, India, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What You Will Support

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Quality Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Visakhapatnam and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Quality Awareness; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
