Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Workforce Planning and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Pune and wider regional demand.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Workforce Planning credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Pune, India, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Workforce Planning training sessions for client teams linked to Pune and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Workforce Planning; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Workforce Planning with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Pune, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
