Workshop Facilitator – Consultative Selling – Wuhan

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Consultative Selling and is looking for a credible Workshop Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Wuhan and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Consultative Selling expertise and experience supporting commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Wuhan, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Consultative Selling content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Consultative Selling training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Consultative Selling; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Consultative Selling with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Wuhan, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Ideal candidates will have worked across sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
