Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec and is looking for a credible Workshop Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Chennai and wider regional demand.
Role Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.
What You Will Support
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec content easier to apply after the session.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Chennai, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
