Assignment Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Ethics & Conduct expertise and experience supporting regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Da Nang, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Demonstrable expertise in Ethics & Conduct; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
