Workshop Facilitator for ERP Adoption & Change – Tashkent

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for ERP Adoption & Change and is looking for a credible Workshop Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Tashkent and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on ERP Adoption & Change credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Adoption & Change content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in ERP Adoption & Change; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP Adoption & Change with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
