Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Internal Controls content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Internal Controls training sessions for client teams linked to Shenyang and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Internal Controls; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Internal Controls with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenyang, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
