This opportunity is suited to a practical Workshop Facilitator who can translate Low-Code / No-Code Tools knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Osaka.
Role Overview

- Deliver structured Low-Code / No-Code Tools training sessions for client teams linked to Osaka and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
What We Are Looking For
Strong practical expertise in Low-Code / No-Code Tools; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Low-Code / No-Code Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
