Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Problem Solving training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

• Deliver structured Problem Solving training sessions for client teams linked to Dalian and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Problem Solving; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
