Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft 365; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
