Wuhan-Based In-House Trainer – Sales & Negotiation

This role supports the growth of our Sales & Negotiation trainer pool and would suit a credible In-House Trainer available for assignments associated with Wuhan.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Sales & Negotiation training for commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Wuhan, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What You Will Support

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales & Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Sales & Negotiation training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Sales & Negotiation; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
