Wuhan Learning & Development Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics

This role supports the growth of our Microsoft Dynamics trainer pool and would suit a credible Learning & Development Consultant available for assignments associated with Wuhan.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Wuhan, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Microsoft Dynamics training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
