Client is seeking an experienced training programme manager to deliver AI Governance Awareness training for professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users in Xiamen, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make AI Governance Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured AI Governance Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Xiamen and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
