We are building our pool of trusted professionals for SaaS Platform Adoption delivery and are now seeking a strong In-House Trainer for client needs connected to Xiamen and Asia.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on SaaS Platform Adoption credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Xiamen, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SaaS Platform Adoption content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured SaaS Platform Adoption training sessions for client teams linked to Xiamen and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
