Xi’an APAC Training Advisor – Team Leadership

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Team Leadership delivery and are now seeking a strong APAC Training Advisor for client needs connected to Xi’an and Asia.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong advisor with proven Team Leadership expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Team Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Team Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Team Leadership; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
