Xi’an-Based Programme Coach – Delegation & Accountability

This role supports the growth of our Delegation & Accountability trainer pool and would suit a credible Programme Coach available for assignments associated with Xi’an.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Delegation & Accountability expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Delegation & Accountability; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
