Xi’an-Based Senior Facilitator – Sales Negotiation

We are seeking a delivery-ready Senior Facilitator with proven Sales Negotiation capability for assignments connected to Xi’an, China, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Sales Negotiation assignments across Asia.   • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Sales Negotiation training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.

Preferred Background
