We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Performance Conversations delivery and are now seeking a strong Client-Facing Trainer for client needs connected to Xi’an and Asia.
Assignment Overview
This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Performance Conversations expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
Delivery Scope
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Performance Conversations content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Performance Conversations training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable expertise in Performance Conversations; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
