We are seeking a delivery-ready Lead Learning Consultant with proven Low-Code / No-Code Tools capability for assignments connected to Xi’an, China, and broader Asia.

Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Low-Code / No-Code Tools expertise and experience supporting professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Low-Code / No-Code Tools training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Low-Code / No-Code Tools; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Low-Code / No-Code Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
