This role supports the growth of our ERP Fundamentals trainer pool and would suit a credible In-House Trainer available for assignments associated with Yangon.
Brief Overview
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead ERP Fundamentals learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Yangon, Myanmar, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Fundamentals content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured ERP Fundamentals training sessions for client teams linked to Yangon and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
Candidate Background
Relevant practitioner-level experience in ERP Fundamentals; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Yangon, Myanmar, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
