Yangon Senior Facilitator – Cross-Cultural English

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Cross-Cultural English delivery and are now seeking a strong Senior Facilitator for client needs connected to Yangon and Asia.

Assignment Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Cross-Cultural English credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners in Yangon, Myanmar, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

Delivery Scope

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural English content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in Cross-Cultural English; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
