We are seeking a delivery-ready Freelance Corporate Trainer with proven DevOps Awareness capability for assignments connected to Zhengzhou, China, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on DevOps Awareness credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in DevOps Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Zhengzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Clear subject-matter credibility in DevOps Awareness; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
