Zhengzhou-Based Instructor – Collaboration & Teamwork

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Collaboration & Teamwork delivery and are now seeking a strong Instructor for client needs connected to Zhengzhou and Asia.

Opportunity Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Collaboration & Teamwork credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Collaboration & Teamwork content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Collaboration & Teamwork training sessions for client teams linked to Zhengzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Zhengzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
