Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Employee Engagement & Culture training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Zhengzhou, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Employee Engagement & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Employee Engagement & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Zhengzhou and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Employee Engagement & Culture; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Employee Engagement & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Zhengzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
