Tom is the founder of ENB Recruitment and Training and ENB eLearning. Offering blended learning solutions to clients worldwide. With classroom delivery, eLearning development and training video creation, we are able to cater for all sectors in all languages.
With a background in people management, sales and customer services, Tom excels in developing teams to drive performance and change behaviours.
Classroom delivery is experimental, engaging and requires delegate participation suitable for all learning styles, we combine our design to cater for all learning styles.
eLearning development - we create bespoke learning modules with engagement and interaction tools, knowledge checks, video, text and theory. We are able to create eLearning modules suited for your learning outcomes on all subject matters.
Training video creation - weather it's training reinforcement, onboarding, SOP's, processes or even those training subjects that don't require human engagement - we create short (up to 5 minute) training videos that can be replayed over and over for years to come.
