Focus: Develop effective management, leadership, and communication skills for newly appointed managers and new starters.

Summary: In response to our client’s specific needs, we meticulously designed and delivered a comprehensive three-month training program centered on the fundamental elements of successful leadership and communication. This intensive course included focused training in Communication, Presentation, and Sales Skills, all of which were conducted either at the client’s company or in the surrounding Tainan area.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Our extensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) identified several critical areas for improvement. The client had recently undergone a merger, resulting in significant departmental restructuring. As a result, their team required comprehensive training that addressed cross-cultural communication, presentation skills, and overarching management and leadership strategies.

We prioritized key personnel and identified crucial areas of focus, including rapport building, empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Understanding the diverse needs of the team, we provided bilingual training sessions in both Chinese and English, supplemented by dual-language media and handouts.

Training Additions

To further enhance the effectiveness of the program, we integrated Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to bolster empathy, awareness, and management efficiency. Additionally, our Emotional Intelligence (EQ) experts infused essential EQ training, significantly elevating the program’s impact.
