Key Areas of Responsibility
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make IT Service Management content easier to apply after the session.
Preferred Background
Demonstrable expertise in IT Service Management; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in IT Service Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Jinan, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
