We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for CRM Adoption assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM Adoption content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured CRM Adoption training sessions for client teams linked to Islamabad and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in CRM Adoption; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM Adoption with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
