We are building our pool of trusted professionals for NetSuite delivery and are now seeking a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Guangzhou and Asia.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver NetSuite training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Guangzhou, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in NetSuite; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in NetSuite with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Guangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
