Da Nang DEI & Culture Training Programme Manager

This opportunity is suited to a practical Training Programme Manager who can translate DEI & Culture knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Da Nang.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

We are building our pool of trusted training programme managers for DEI & Culture assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DEI & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Da Nang and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Hands-on credibility in DEI & Culture; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in DEI & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Da Nang, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.
