In-House Trainer (Doha) – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a delivery-ready In-House Trainer with proven Talent Acquisition capability for assignments connected to Doha, Qatar, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Talent Acquisition expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

What You Will Support

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Talent Acquisition; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
