Tianjin-Based Hybrid Learning Consultant – DEI & Culture

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for DEI & Culture delivery and are now seeking a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Tianjin and Asia.

Brief Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver DEI & Culture training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Tianjin, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DEI & Culture content easier to apply after the session.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in DEI & Culture; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in DEI & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tianjin, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
