We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Succession Planning & Talent Strategy assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
Candidate Background
Hands-on credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
