Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Talent Acquisition credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Talent Acquisition content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Talent Acquisition training sessions for client teams linked to Dubai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
