Client is seeking an experienced coach to deliver Supply Chain & Logistics training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Beijing, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Supply Chain & Logistics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Supply Chain & Logistics training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
