Role Overview
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Sales Fundamentals credibility and experience working with commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Taguig, Philippines, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.
What You Will Support
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales Fundamentals content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Sales Fundamentals training sessions for client teams linked to Taguig and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
