Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Sales & Negotiation training for commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and across Asia. Core Responsibilities
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales & Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Sales & Negotiation training sessions for client teams linked to Dhaka and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background
Strong practical expertise in Sales & Negotiation; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
