Enterprise Trainer – Culture Leadership (Zhengzhou)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Culture Leadership and is looking for a credible Enterprise Trainer who can support assignments linked to Zhengzhou and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Culture Leadership credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Zhengzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver structured Culture Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Zhengzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Culture Leadership; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
