Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Business Acumen expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Business Acumen; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Acumen with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Fuzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
