Training Programme Manager – Stakeholder Management – Amman

An upcoming client brief requires a capable training programme manager who can lead Stakeholder Management learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Amman, Jordan, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Stakeholder Management training sessions for client teams linked to Amman and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Stakeholder Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
